More context:
Our mission is to support people in restoring the bridge to the Sacred. Sacred may sound big, but when we practice to live in presence with both the minuscule and the enormous, the beautiful and the rough, we automatically connect with life, and life in itself is sacred. We believe that everyone who’s longing for it has the capacity to connect profoundly to their surroundings, other beings and themselves.

The sacredness of life has been eroded in many different ways and places throughout human history: for example by exchanging ancient tribal wisdom for Salvationism, and later, by, in the blinding lights of the Enlightenment, declaring both God and the divine dead. Liberation left a gap that quickly got filled up with more and less useful accessories, and many forgot how to find meaning in celebrating the landmarks of a lifetime. Even though there’s a growing longing to restore the relation to the sacred, there is no way back to the time where clergy-members were guiding us through our rites of passage, neither do we believe that there’s a nourishing life to find in the nostalgic glorification of tribal priestesses and shamans.
We believe there’s only now. There’s only the practice of finding languages and forms to celebrate the lives being lived in our own time. Because that is not always a given when love and loss overwhelm you with silence, that’s what we are here for: we are here to support you in finding the right words, images and rituals to create the ceremony that suits you and the threshold you’re on.
